Water Discovery: For children ages 6 months-3 years with their parent/guardian (Parent/Child)

Water Exploration: For children ages 1-3 years with their parent/guardian (Parent/Child). These are parent and child classes. The parent/guardian is in the pool with their child. The goal of the age 3-and-under program is to increase the level of trust between parent and child in the water, create a positive experience for the child in the water and introduce basic water safety. The focus of these classes is fun, exercise, parent education and water adjustment.

Water Acclimation: For ages 3-5, 6-10, 10 and over. This class is designed for those who cannot swim alone or are uncomfortable in the water.

Water Movement: For ages 3-5, 6-10, 10 and over. This class is for those who have passed Water Acclimation but cannot swim the length of the pool without some flotation.

Water Stamina: For ages 3-5, 6-10 years old. This class is for those who have passed the Water Movement level or can swim 1 length beginner stroke and 1 length backstroke with no flotation.

Stroke Introduction/Stroke Development: For ages 6-10 years old. Stroke Introduction is for those who have passed the Water Stamina level or can swim 2 lengths beginner stroke with rotary breathing and 2 lengths swimming and kicking on their back. Stroke Development is for those who have passed the Starfish/Minnow level or can swim 4 lengths front crawl and backstroke continuously.

Stroke Mechanics: For ages 6-10 years old. This class is for those who have passed the Fish level or can swim 2 lengths breaststroke, butterfly, back crawl, and front crawl.
