Food For Thought Cooking Series

We're excited to bring you two great cooking classes, one for kids and one for adults. You will learn how to cook healthy recipes and eat what you make in class!

Kids Health Cooking Class

This hands on program will teach your child how to choose and prepare healthy and clean food options for meals and snacks.

Cooking for Weight Loss (age 18+)

Learn to cook healthy and delicious dishes to help you in your weight loss journey. We eat what we cook at each class. This program is for ages 18 and over.

  • Spring I: March 15 - April 5, 2023
  • Spring II: April 19 - May 10, 2023
  • Day/Time: Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
