Eat Right 4 Your Type

This comprehensive educational program is designed to teach you how to eat and exercise based on your own individual blood type. This program is based on the book by Peter J. D’Adamo called Eat Right 4 Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy, Living Longer & Achieving Your Ideal Weight. The book is included in the cost of the program.
