Whether you are directionally challenged, have two left feet or are a Dancing with the Stars contender this class is for you. You will learn the basic steps of Salsa dance in a fun and energetic environment, so come solo, grab your bestie or significant other and join in the fun!

Meet Our Instructor
I’ve been a member of the Meriden YMCA since I was 9 years old and have been dancing since2006. Now I teach private lessons at the program where I first learned to dance. I also assist with teaching Zumba at the Meriden and New Britain YMCAs whenever needed. What I love most about Salsa is how a rhythm can unite different backgrounds, and you can free yourself when you are dancing, I look forward to sharing my passion for Salsa.
