The Meriden YMCA Fun Day is a free community event to improve the health and well-being of kids and families and to kick off summer fun at Mountain Mist Day Camp.

We will hold our board meeting and nominate our 2024-2025 Board of Directors.

In honor of National Alzheimer’s Brain Awareness month Sreynin Chhoeun will discuss the role of genetics in the transmission of Alzheimer's disease across generations. During the workshop, we will also have an activity to boost brain exercise.
