Please join us for a special nutrition presentation at the Meriden YMCA by Rachel Frase. Rachel Frase, a registered dietitian and health coach, will be providing a Lunch & Learn on Diabetes and High Blood Pressure Prevention. These two conditions have a common link that can be prevented and reversed using nutrition and lifestyle changes. Rachel will be teaching how they are linked and what simple food changes you can make today!

Rachel is a registered dietitian and health coach who is experienced in improving health with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Rachel will be offering individual counseling sessions as well as group education classes for topics such as weight loss and diabetes prevention. She approaches nutrition from a wellness perspective, assisting clients in reaching their goals through sustainable changes. Areas of experience include weight management, metabolism, lipids, blood sugar, blood pressure, gut health, and PCOS.
