Please join us for a special nutrition presentation at the Meriden YMCA by Rachel Frase. Rachel is a registered dietitian and health coach who is experienced in improving health with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Rachel will share weight loss success tips including nutrition, mindset, how to read labels, avoid pitfalls, and more.

About Rachel Frase, MS, RD-N

Rachel is a registered dietitian and health coach who is experienced in improving health with nutrition and lifestyle changes. Rachel will be offering individual counseling sessions as well as group education classes for topics such as weight loss and diabetes prevention. She approaches nutrition from a wellness perspective, assisting clients in reaching their goals through sustainable changes. Areas of experience include weight management, metabolism, lipids, blood sugar, blood pressure, gut health, and PCOS.
