Hi, my name is Christian Chamberlain, and I entered the fitness industry in 2020 during a time when health, movement, and well-being were widely misunderstood. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to studying proper training methods and evidence-based nutrition, with a mission to help others unlock longevity, strength, confidence, and overall wellness. I believe that fitness is not just about aesthetics — it’s about reversing unhealthy habits, improving quality of life, and developing a strong mind-body connection.
As a coach, my passion lies in helping clients realize their potential and perform beyond what they believed was possible. I take pride in building disciplined, confident individuals who grow physically, mentally, and emotionally through structured training and accountability.
I’m also a lifelong martial artist with experience in Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Judo. Martial arts has shaped my character, teaching me discipline, resilience, confidence, and self-defense — values I now share with my clients. I grew up as a multi-sport athlete, primarily competing in football and basketball, which helped build my competitive drive and athletic foundation.
My goal is to inspire, educate, and guide others toward becoming the strongest version of themselves — inside and out.

2. Five one-hour sessions $210
3. Ten one hour sessions $320
4. Two for $349 (Train together with a family member or friend for 10 sessions)
