This is a beginner’s disc golf program for ages 8-14. The program will teach kids what disc golf is, different throwing techniques, how the game is played properly, and scoring. The goal of the program is to learn a new sport that they can continue to have fun playing at Mountain Mist and other courses in the surrounding areas.
