Family Time
The Meriden YMCA is a wonderful place to spend time with your family.
Shoot some hoops, play racquetball, go for a swim, play in our Exergame Fitness Arcade, or at Exploration Station from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday nights (with your family membership). You can also relax at our beautiful Mountain Mist Outdoor Center in the summer time. It's all included in your family membership.
