Health and Nutritional Assessment

Important Benefit Program for Meriden YMCA Members

Today, many Americans are looking for the most effective ways to support and maintain their health through improving their nutrition.

The Meriden YMCA has partnered with IDLife to assist you in identifying and meeting your nutritional needs by creating the
Meriden YMCA Community Health Incentive Program.

To get you started, you can click on this link for your free health and nutrition assessment.

You and your family can complete a free, confidential, HIPAA compliant  Health and Nutritional Assessment in the privacy of your own home that will provide you a valuable report outlining lifestyle and nutritional recommendations to help you and your families achieve your best possible state of health.

This program also has nutritional products available for purchase such as vitamins, protein bars, protein powder and more. The nutritional products are made from natural and organic ingredients and are soy free, gluten free, casein free, lactose free, hormone free and are non-GMO. A portion of the each purchase will be donated back to the Meriden YMCA to help us with our mission to create brighter futures for kids and families in our community.

The American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association, and Jen Widerstrom star of The Biggest Loser have all partnered with IDLife.
