  • Monday 9:30 a.m. Barbell Strong
  • Wednesday 4:30 p.m. Pilates
  • Thursday 4:30 p.m. Barbell Strong
  • Friday 5:15 a.m. Power Yoga (in Aerobics Room)
  • Saturday 9:15 a.m. Yoga (at Yoga studio at Meriden YMCA Arts Center)
  • Group Exercise Schedule
