Post Turkey Day Workout

Get ready to burn off the turkey and pumpkin pie at our annual post turkey day workout!

The Post Turkey Day Workout includes two 40 minute workouts. Start with Spin and then do Pilates or start with Pilates and then Spin.

Preregistration is required. There are a limited number of spaces. Reserve your spot online through your account or call us at (203) 235-6386. 

  • 8:00 a.m. - 8:40 a.m. Spin with Beky
  • 8:00 a.m. - 8:40 a.m. Pilates with Dina
  • 8:40 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. Transition for classes to rotate out
  • 8:45 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. 2nd half of the workout

This workout will take the place of our regular Friday classes.
