Get ready to burn off the turkey and pumpkin pie at our annual post turkey day workout!

The Post Turkey Day Workout includes three workouts:

  • 30 minutes of Spinning with Beky in the Spinning Studio
  • 30 minutes of Strength and Conditioning with Annie in the Group Exercise Room 
  • 30 minutes of Yoga with George in the All Purpose Room
  • 5 minute transition in between.
  • For Meriden-New Britain-Berlin YMCA full members
