Get ready to burn off the turkey and pumpkin pie at our annual post turkey day workout!
The Post Turkey Day Workout includes three workouts:
- 30 minutes of Spinning with Beky in the Spinning Studio
- 30 minutes of Strength and Conditioning with Annie in the Group Exercise Room
- 30 minutes of Yoga with George in the All Purpose Room
- 5 minute transition in between.
