Join us for our Pedal for a Purpose Spinathon. All proceeds go to the Meriden-New Britain-Berlin YMCA Annual Campaign. Your participation will ensure that your neighbors, friends, and families all have access to Y programs regardless of their financial or life circumstances.
- When: Saturday November 23, 2019
- Where: Meriden YMCA Group Exercise Room
- Time: 7:30 - 8:15 a.m. 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (This is the Spin Off time slot. All winning teams from each segment will compete here). Cost: $35 Individual (non-compete) $100 Team of four (to compete)
- Pre-register at the front desk to secure a time slot. Stop by or call us at 203-235-6386. Times are on a first come first served basis.
The winning team from each forty-five minute segment will go on to the final round at 11:30 to compete for the overall win. - Winning teams from each time slot will be determined by the total distance per team.
The winning team of the final spin off will be determined by max calories burned! Top winning team will receive Spin Shirts. - All paid participants will receive a goody bag and a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of our five amazing gift baskets. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Gift basket drawing will be held following each forty-five minute spin.
- Teams should have a designated captain. Team names and themes are encouraged.
- Refreshments will be served.
