Hey all of you Zumba fans!!
Are you ready to Zumba? Zumba is a very exciting class full of latin infused rhythms. It incorporates hip-hop, cha-cha, merengue, salsa and mambo moves to an infectious latin beat with easy to follow steps. This workout is so much fun you don't realize that you are even exercising. Most participants find themselves hooked after one class! Come try it today.

Mom and Me Zumba Dance Party
The Meriden YMCA is having a Mom and Me Zumba Dance Party for parents and their children (ages 3 and up) on Sunday, January 31st at 3:00. We had so much fun at our Zumba Dance Party last summer we decided to do it again! Zumba instructor Annie O’Farill will teach the latest moves. Annie is certified in Zumba Kids, Zumba, and Zumba Toning. Participants will have a blast doing this aerobic workout which fuses latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that leaves you energized! Tickets are available in advance at the Y or at the door. Cost is $10 for adults (age 16 and over) for advance tickets or $15 at the door, $5 for kids for advance tickets or $10 at the door. The first 30 children in the door will receive Zumba bracelets. Space is limited so buy your tickets and tell your friends. All proceeds benefit the Meriden YMCA.

| Zumba Dance Party |
Over 100 people got their Zumba groove on at the Meriden YMCA’s Zumba Dance Party on July 31st. Our favorite Zumba instructors Annie O’Farill and Jennifer Baillargeon “rocked the house” and taught a Zumba Master Class. Participants had a blast doing this aerobic workout which fuses latin rhytms and easy to follow moves that leaves you energized!
