The Meriden YMCA is offering a Spring Swim Stroke Clinic for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.

| Beginner Stroke Clinic |
| The Beginner Stroke Clinic is for swimmers who are new to the sport and want to learn various techniques to perform four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. |
