Power Yoga

FOR SPORTS CONDITIONING - STRENGTH - ENDURANCE

Class emphasizes mobility, strength, and range of motion through strong dynamic flowing movement. In this Vinyasa Power Yoga class poses flow from one to another in conjunction with breath, developing core power and challenging the body and mind.
