The Extended Hours Program is ideal for working parents and their children. Instead of worrying about a sitter or burdening relatives and neighbors to watch the kids before and after camp because mom and/or dad are at work. Mountain Mist provides childcare services from 6:30am to 5:30pm. Campers enrolled in this "after school" type program have the opportunity to arrive early (between 6:30am and 9:00am) and/or stay after the camp's normal operating hours (between 3:00pm and 5:30pm) for a very nominal cost (approximately $3.00/hour)

The camper are supervised by camp staff members and continue to use the camp's facilities. Afternoon extended hours participants have a chance to take an additional dip in the swimming pool while waiting for parent pickup.
