Enjoy the benefits of a 30 minute chair or a 60 minute table massage from one of our licensed massage therapists. Massage therapy offers relaxation, pain relief, lower blood pressure, stress relief, an improved immune system, and it aids in the recovery of your muscles. The YMCA also offers Reflexology.
