Stuck in a training rut? Bust out in a big way with a Kettlebell workout. Achieve terrific results by adding new movements from a variety of one and two handed swings, chops, twists and lifts. Work in a small class setting (5 maximum). With a certified personal trainer and Kettlebell master instructor to bring your workout up to a whole new level.
