Hatha Yoga


The class will teach the basics of asana's (postures) and paranayama (breathing) techniques. Learn to become stronger, increase stamina as well as flexibility, reduce stress and increase your energy.

Spring II: April 26, 2010 - June 14, 2010 (No Class May 31)
Summer: June 28, 2010 - August 9, 2010 (At the Outdoor Center)
Instructor: Theresa Needels
Instructions: Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a friend, a mat and a smile.
Location: Spring South Meriden YMCA, 145 Main Street, Meriden

Times: Mondays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Fees: Full Member: $30.00
