| Financial Assistance |
| The YMCA is for everyone regardless of economic status. Financial assistance based upon need is therefore available. Applications are available at the front desk. |

| Lost and Found |
| Any lost items which we recover are placed in our Lost and Found container which is located near the Valuable Lockers in the main lobby. Please check this area for lost items. Items will be kept up to 14 days and then donated to a charitable organization. |

| Facility Rentals |
| We have three attractive rooms that can be rented during the hours that the YMCA is open. If you are interested in renting one of our rooms, please check at the front desk for room availability and complete our rental agreement. |

| No Smoking |
| For the general well-being and health of our members and staff, smoking is not permitted in the building. |
| |
| Racquetball |
| Two courts may be reserved in person at the front desk or by phone as early as one week in advance. Additional reservations can be made only after the previous reservations is used. One hour time slots are available. |
| |
| General refund policy |
- If any class or program is cancelled by the YMCA, a full refund of paid program fees, plus membership fees if taken out solely to participate in the cancelled class, will be made by check from the YMCA.
- All credits/refunds are handled at the discretion of each program director.
