You have tried body pump and group power...Now it's time to try "Body Bar Armed and Dangerous". Master your body with the total Body Bar workout. The Body Bar workout is geared for all levels of fitness using weighted bars from 12 to 18 pounds. Catchy tunes and an outstanding workout program, with time-efficient and super-effective exercises, will help define and sculpt your entire body.

All fitness classes are included in your membership: Unlimited free drop-in fitness classes included in your membership: Gentle Touch Aerobics, Gentle Touch and Muscle Conditioning, Zumba, Body Bar Armed and Dangerous, Boot Camp, Sweet-n-Low, Aqua Aerobics, Body Bar Basics & Cycle Power. Pilates and Hatha Yoga are available for a discounted fee
