Zumba
Zumba is a very dynamic and exciting class full of latin and exotic international music flavors. The routines feature aerobic interval with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body, the heart! You do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba.

Gentle Touch
A fun gentle low impact workout for the active older adult. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Aerobics; Tuesday, Thursday - Muscle Conditioning.

Cardio Blast
This is definitely a high-energy class, using easy to follow choreographed moves with sculpting exercises added to isolate all major muscles. 1 hour class. Saturdays 1 1/2 hours class.

Boot Camp
A hard core military style class of athletic training that develops and maintains strength and stamina. It incorporates agility training .i.e. sprinting, football shuffles, plyometrics, etc. Be ready to work hard!!

Sweet-n-Low
Just getting started? Or getting back? Try this low level aerobics class with easy to follow choreographed steps. A great place to begin or get back to conditioning. (45 minutes)

20-20-20
This class brings you 60 minutes of workout that won't quit. Starting with aerobics (20 minutes), step (20 minutes) and ending with muscle conditioning that will have you pumped and ready to conquer the day.

Muscle-Mix Sculpting
This maximum muscle workout, no bulking, just toning, flexing and total conditioning. A body sculpting class isolating muscles, achieving definition without adding bulk. Using Spri Tubes, rubber bands, and weights, conditioning both upper and lower body.

Cycle Power
(45 minutes) Riders will pedal up and down imaginary hills, valleys and flat stretches to music variations that will change the need, intensity and motivation of the class

A.O. A.Active Older Adults
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and skill required during activities for daily living skills.

Body Bar
You have tried body pump and group power...Now it's time to try "Body Bar Armed and Dangerous". Master your body with the total Body Bar workout. The Body Bar workout is geared for all levels of fitness using weighted bars from 12 to 18 pounds. Catchy tunes and an outstanding workout program, with time-efficient and super-effective exercises, will help define and sculpt your entire body.

First time Tips:

  • Introduce yourself to the Instructor.
  • Learn footwork first (no arms).
  • Watch instructor for cues, directional changes, etc.
  • Keep coming, is gets easier.
