The Meriden YMCA is a Destination that everyone can enjoy. We have activities and programs for every age and fitness level. Membership includes 2 facilities for one membership price: our complete fitness facility downtown plus our beautiful 60 acre Mountain Mist Outdoor Center.

You can have a whole month of fitness and fun at Meriden's premier destination, all for less than the cost of your daily coffee and bagel, family dinner out, or trip to the movies. And we have free family events throughout the year! Come see friends, have fun, get fit, and enjoy family time.

3. Free unlimited aerobics, spinning, cardio kickboxing, Zumba, and aqua aerobics classes
4. Full members save $20 per class and $50 per child per camp session
