The Meriden YMCA is your Destination for Fitness and Fun. Our complete fitness facility downtown includes: a 6-lane, 25-yard indoor heated pool; sauna; air-conditioned fitness center with a complete array of Precor Cardio, Cybex Strength Training Equipment & Free Weights; two racquetball courts; an indoor track; a gym with 6 basketball hoops and/or volleyball setup; aerobics studio with free unlimited drop-in aerobics classes for full members including Zumba; free spinning classes for full members in our new spinning studio, free water aerobics classes for full members; locker rooms; child watch babysitting service, and our new Exergame Fitness Arcade!

Our Mountain Mist Outdoor Center on High Hill Road, which is available for use by full members, includes: a beautiful outdoor pool; 60 acres of hiking and walking trails; basketball and tennis courts; playscapes; horseshoes; softball fields; sand volleyball court; and picnic grove and pavillions.

Our Y Arts Center at 14-16 West Main Street is home of our Meriden Youth Theater and other art programs, New Yoga Studio, drum, keyboard/piano, and guitar lessons, and massage therapy room.

Our South Meriden location at 145 Main Street across from Hanover Elementary School is home to our Infant & Toddler and Before and After Kindergarten child care programs,  Teen Center (for middle school age), Messy Science, Little Chefs, and Girls Club Programs.
